Hi, I’m Marisa. I have always struggled with my inner critic. For years, to avoid listening to her I threw myself into my to-do lists. I agreed to take on more responsibilities so I wouldn’t have time to hear her criticism. The more I took on responsibilities, and put the needs of others first, though, the less I had time to take care of myself. I became overwhelmed and burn out. My health, confidence, and relationships suffered.
The tools I have discovered – and continue to develop – in my healing process led me to create Empathy Life Coaching.
My clients come from all over the world. They come to me because they have used up their energy reserves and want help finding balance. I call myself a self-care coach because what I do is help my clients define and clarify their goals for prioritizing themselves.
