One of the tools that I keep in my self-care toolbox is Yoga! I have been practicing yoga on and off for almost a decade. Last year, I decided that the way to better advance my practice was to go through a yoga teacher training course. I studied under Paul Jerard at Aura Wellness Center and received my CYT-200 certification.
In addition to learning about anatomy and asanas, what I also discovered is that I love teaching yoga.
